Ethiopia Jimma Coffee is grown in the highland plantations. This variety is highly valued for its excellent flavor, with a slight acidity. About 90% of Ethiopian coffee is only exposed to a dry processing method, which provides neprivzaydenny flavor brewed grains.
Coffee beans are Ethiopia Djimma feature, apparently they are not very attractive (relatively large size and tangy vyatyanuto-form), but this does not prevent them to create an excellent drink that has the best taste and aroma.
